The 3rd party service appears stable for the last hour. They are performing additional testing to ensure all is good. We await further update.

Unfortunately, we are seeing error rates going up again the last while from our 3rd party service for certain API calls, we continue to monitor.

Errors rates appear to be back to normal very low levels, even so we will continue monitoring until we get the "all clear" status from our 3rd party service.

Our 3rd party service has indicated there is a network issue on their side and they are investigating. We will continue to monitor and update as soon as we know more.
